Returns, withdrawal, and refunds

In addition to mandatory rights provided by law, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@angelosantiboutique.com, stating the order number and item. We will send you the instructions; do not ship the parcel before receiving them.

Items must be returned intact, unused beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit, with tags and accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. Sale items may be returned under the same conditions.

Exceptions

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept personalized or made-to-order products, gift cards, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, such as underwear or swimwear whose seal has been removed.

Return costs

Returns from Italy are free. For returns from other European Union countries, €5.00 is deducted from the refund. If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, SEVENTY S.R.L. bears the costs.

Refund

After inspecting the return, we issue the refund to the original payment method. The refund is made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal; we may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof of shipment. Where required by law, we also refund the original standard delivery cost; any additional costs chosen for a more expensive delivery service are not refunded.

The two-year legal guarantee of conformity remains fully applicable. For defects or non-conformity, please contact us as soon as possible.
